Mongolia Mountain Gold Mining Co., Ltd. was established on January 29, 2008, with a registered capital of $300,000. The company mainly operates the iron ore mining and beneficiation project of Haratwula mining area in Ugotalasumu, Middle Gobi Province of Mongolia. Haratwula iron ore deposit is a contact hydrothermal deposit with an iron ore resource of 50.081 million tons and an average TFE grade of 32.52%. The associated zinc metal content in the mine is 422,200 tons and an average Zn grade of 0.87%.

　　Project construction: the open-pit stope capital mining and stripping project has been basically completed, with a total mining and stripping of 1.09 million cubic meters. The construction is successful and has been fully put into use; Completed construction of 110KV transmission line and substation in the factory and put into use, which are in good operation so far. Basic completion of heating and mechanical repair engineering civil construction and equipment installation operations; The workshop closure of the ore dressing system engineering and the installation of crushing equipment have been basically completed. Complete the construction of high water pool, and complete the construction of water supply and drainage and heating pipes in the office and living plant. Complete the construction of explosives depot project.
