Starting October 23, a three-day training program for Jingu Group's "Sincerity Culture" lecturers was held at Jingu Academy. Lecturer candidates from the Group and its subsidiaries participated in the training.

Before the training began, Liu Suhong, Minister of the Group's Administration Department, delivered a mobilization speech, pointing out the importance and necessity of this training for promoting corporate culture. She also conveyed the Group's leadership's ideas and determination to strengthen the company through culture. She urged the trainees to understand their mission, study the training content carefully, gain a deep understanding of the corporate culture, and think about how to promote and popularize the corporate culture among employees so that it can truly take root, form a strong sense of cohesion within the company, and become a banner for the outside world.

Following this, Guo Tao, the Corporate Culture Project Manager from Hejun Consulting, began training on Jingcheng Culture. Mr. Guo started by defining corporate culture, explaining the cultural system of Jingu Group, and introducing the concept of corporate culture dissemination in layers. He elaborated on the specific concepts of corporate culture, such as its positioning, vision, and core values, from three levels: spiritual philosophy, institutional behavior, and social communication. He also taught the procedures and techniques for writing corporate culture case studies, and how to apply these techniques in practice, focusing on the characteristics of Jingu Group's corporate culture and providing detailed guidance through examples.

Lin Bing, the strategic planning project manager at Hejun Consulting, analyzed corporate culture from a strategic planning perspective, enabling trainees to gain a thorough understanding of the strategic guiding significance of corporate culture from a higher level and closely integrate it with the work of grassroots employees, thus providing ideological support for truly implementing corporate culture.

Senior lecturer and management effectiveness improvement expert Qin Zexi guided the trainees in public speaking training. Mr. Qin first explained the theoretical significance of public speaking, the speaker's own value, and their role in the company, and then combined this with practical guidance to train the trainees in basic public speaking skills.

In terms of teaching methods, the trainees were divided into four groups, taking turns to speak on stage, providing feedback to each other, and receiving scores from the instructors for practical exercises. This increased the training's fun and practicality, greatly enhancing employee enthusiasm, and creating a harmonious and enthusiastic atmosphere. After three days of training, the trainees made significant progress, experiencing a qualitative improvement in their presentation skills and abilities, and developing initial ideas on how to skillfully communicate corporate culture. After the training, the instructors assigned homework to encourage trainees to review the learned content afterward, ensuring they truly internalized the knowledge and could apply it to future corporate culture presentations.
